Eligibility Criteria for Our Aesthetics Courses

Course Eligibility
To enrol on a Harley Academy course, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Who Can Apply
You must be a registered healthcare professional from one of the following professions:

• Doctor
• Nurse (including Midwives)
• Dentist (including Dental Therapists and Dental Hygienists)
• Clinical Pharmacist

You will be required to provide your professional registration number during enrolment.

You must also confirm that:

• You are a registered medical professional with no restrictions on your practice
• You will only practise aesthetic medicine in the country where you hold active professional medical registration
• You will practise within the limits of your professional competence
• Any prescribing will be carried out in accordance with current prescribing best practice, relevant clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards
• All prescribing decisions will be safe, evidence-based, and in the best interests of the patient

Important Information
Please be aware that it is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure they meet the relevant criteria to practise aesthetic medicine within their respective region before treating patients. Our provision of this course does not override local laws and regulations regarding who is legally permitted to practise aesthetic medicine. Harley Academy accepts no liability in this regard.

By applying to this course, trainees confirm that they meet all stated eligibility criteria and understand their responsibility for self-declaration. Any failure to disclose relevant information, including professional restrictions or sanctions, or any misrepresentation of eligibility, will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

Trainees acknowledge that they are liable for the full course fee once enrolled, regardless of any later discovery of ineligibility due to non-disclosure or failure to meet the above requirements.

Failure to declare any restrictions to us will result in non-refundable termination of the course, and any change in restrictions must be reported to us immediately.
