- Use AI outputs in real-world clinical decision-making without appropriate professional judgement
- Input sensitive personal data (including patient data) unless explicitly permitted and compliant with applicable laws
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse AI systems
All AI tools are provided for educational and training purposes only and must be used in accordance with our AI Governance & Ethics Policy.
4.5 Upload or Share Inappropriate Content
You must not upload, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory
- Breaches confidentiality obligations
- Contains personal data you are not authorised to share
- Violates professional or regulatory standards
4.6 Breach Professional or Regulatory Obligations
Where you are a regulated professional, you must:
- Comply with your relevant regulatory body
- Use training and materials responsibly
- Not apply training beyond your competence or legal scope of practice
5. DATA AND SECURITY
You must:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensure any data you provide is accurate and lawful
- Not attempt to access or use data that does not belong to you
6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance
- Investigate suspected breaches of this Policy
- Suspend or terminate access without notice where misuse is identified
